Saw some bugs on the mailbox when I went outside tonight. ...As is usually the case in the summer.
I'm not entirely sure what this is a photo of, honestly. I mean, I know the little one to the left of the shot is an insect, duh. Probably some member of the order Diptera, if I remember anything from parasitology class. But is that other thing on the right side an insect too? It probably is, I just dont' think I noticed it when taking this photo. It looks like it's trying to escape from my well-focused friend there. I thought it looked kind of cool, though I wish I knew wtf was going on.
